Just out of jail?  Don't panick!  Take a deep breath, don't be angry - just handle your business.  First things first.  Upon release of getting out of jail go visit your bondsman to complete paperwork.  Ensure that your bondsman, and the solicitor's office has your up-to-date current address!

Then go home and call your place of employment to ensure you still have a job and find a lawyer that you can trust.  If you don't have upfront money to pay - ask for a pyment plan.  Many times people are willing to work with you on a payment plan.  Ensure you don't miss payments!!!!
